Semi-Annual Excess Emissions and CMS Performance Summary Report

Facilities subject to National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants that report excess emissions on a semi-annual basis are required to submit reports summarizing monitoring system performance and emissions data, including duration of any excess emissions events, for the first half of the year.
